Conflicts of Interest Policy

A policy to manage potential conflicts of interest is a sensible thing to have. Whilst this is often not a regulatory requirement (although certain regulators do expect you to have one) it would serve to strengthen your overall governance and internal control arrangements. This policy is good to go!
