Outsourcing Policy Template for EMI & PI GROUP

A template Group Outsourcing Policy document for use within a group where there are both regulated and unregulated entities that wish to apply outsourcing controls. The policy considers the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing to include descriptions of the outsourcing controls that could be operated built around the EBA's outsourcing 'life-cycle'. Requirements for regulated group entities are presented in addition to the base line requirements that would be applied to unregulated entities, therefore covering the entire group in a consistent manner. The document also include a comprehensive due diligence checklist and runs to 31 pages in length.
